Hello! I’m Anjana , a certified life coach and health & wellness coach. 

We live in a busy world where prioritizing our physical and mental well being often takes a backseat. I’m here to help you take control of your health and live your best life one day at a time. 

I come from a corporate background having spent more than a decade working in Investment Banking. I loved my job and enjoyed the fast paced environment. However as the years rolled on, the long hours and work pressure started to build up and I was in a constant state of stress. Eventually I was operating under chronic stress and burnout and wasn’t recovering fast enough. I neglected my health by making poor food choices, having sleep issues and not getting enough exercise. Soon anxiety began to set in. I knew I had to make changes but I was used to the all or nothing approach and that was no longer working. I had to try something different. I spent time researching and studying different coping modalities and applying them in my daily life. I was so thankful to have these tools help me once the pandemic started. 

MY STORY

I implemented tiny actionable steps every day and kept going even on the days I wanted to give up. I could see the effects of cumulative change in my daily life. I went from being constantly exhausted and overwhelmed to reclaiming my energy and being productive both at work and home. I was eating nourishing meals, being active even on my busiest workday and my sleep had improved by leaps and bounds. More importantly I was happy and thriving. 

I realized that while I had enjoyed my years in corporate work, I had outgrown it and luckily I did not have to look far for my second act. I enjoyed coaching my family and friends and found it very rewarding. 

I’d been interested in health and fitness and particularly loved weight training for several years and combined with my ever increasing curiosity in mindfulness and spirituality, led me to get certified in wellness and life coaching. 

Health is a journey, not a destination.

My passion is to help busy women overcome chronic stress and find work life balance in their daily life and help them make long lasting lifestyle and habit changes to support their overall health. Everyone’s wellness journey is unique and I believe that true health is achieved when the mind, body and emotional wellbeing are aligned with one another.
